I've learned a lot over the years as a massage therapist in Fargo, ND and would like to share my findings with you! Fight Alzheimer's Disease

Eating a diet high in omega-3 fatty acids (found in fish) significantly decreases the brain's buildup of amyloid protein, which makes up the brain plaques that are attributed to Alzheimer's. The use of the Chinese club moss (huperzine A) has widely been used for treatment of cognitive disorders. The use of the spice curry in cooking has shown to greatly decrease the chance of getting Alzheimer's, by as much as 90%.
