I've learned a lot over the years as a massage therapist in Fargo, ND and would like to share my findings with you! All the entries in this section are either my life experiences, the experiences of others, or ideas that I believe to be true. Some of the health ideas and suggestions may work for some people but not for others. I AM NOT A DOCTOR OR A MEDICAL PERSON so I cannot diagnose, only give suggestions from my personal experience, which you may or may not find beneficial. It is my hope that if you try any of my Health Ideas that you and your family may lead a healthier life!
