  1. For Calcium eat carrots, kale, cabbage, bok choy, almonds, spinach

  2. For magnesium eat chard, kale, spinach, peas, green beans, millet, sunflower seeds

  3. For zinc eat spinach, pumpkin seeds, pasture feed beef, fish, eggs, peas

  4. For selenium eat fish, Brazil nuts, blue corn, meat, eggs.

  5. For phosphorus eat eggs, meat, nuts, seeds and lentils.

  6. For potassium eat kale, spinach, Swiss chard, avocado, banana, lentils, beans, peas, cantaloupe, strawberries, broccoli and squash.

  7. For chromium eat broccoli, beans, tomatoes, garlic, turkey and grapes.

  8. For manganese eat nuts, seeds, and leafy green vegetables.

  9. For copper eat nuts, avocado and seeds.

  10. For iron eat red meat, black beans, cooked spinach, liver and black molasses.
